Our Spa days have been carefully designed for you to enjoy the complete Spa experience. Each Spa day is suitable for both men and women, combining a programme of specialist treatments with full use of all of our facilities.
All of our Spa day packages include

Sensory Heaven Treatment time 2 hours 30mins £145.00 (Including an ESPA gift)
Includes an ESPA regenerating facial and firming eye treatment for mature, stressed and tired complexions.
This facial concentrates on reviving the skin’s natural moisture and pays particular attention to the delicate eye area helping to minimise fine lines and wrinkles. Continue to be pampered with an ESPA Hydrator body wrap, which includes skin brushing, skin smoothing and exfoliation. You are then enveloped in warmed plant extracts, marine mud and aromatic oils to hydrate the skin and allow the body to fully relax in a warmed cocoon. An ESPA Calming Candle gift is included to take home the
spa experience.
Organic Spa Ritual Treatment time 2 hours 30mins £135.00
Starts off with a Cornish body polish using Spiezia products to smooth and revitalise the skin. A hot and cold stone massage will ease away the tension from your muscles and transport you to another world. Finally, a Cornish organic facial with a scalp massage will hydrate your skin and leave it glowing and rejuvenated.
Aroma Spa Retreat Treatment time 2 hours £115.00
Includes an ESPA detoxifying Algae Wrap to balance and clear the system. Skin brushing, gentle exfoliation and an algae envelopment to boost the metabolism and speed the elimination of toxins. Then relax with an ESPA detoxifying Aromatherapy massage to sooth away tension in the muscles and rebalance the body.
Coastal Sensation Treatment time 2 hours £110.00
Includes an ESPA holistic back, face and scalp facial, which uses aromatherapy based products to protect, hydrate and purify your skin and relax your mind. This is followed by an ESPA Aromatherapy luxury hand and nail treatment to ensure that your hands will feel silky smooth and look wonderfully groomed.
Spa Escape Treatment time 55mins £74.00
Includes a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, using an ESPA blend, to ease away the tension followed by an ESPA Aromatherapy facial to deep cleanse, relax and purify the face. Acupressure massage, lymph drainage and oriental head massage are included in this treatment to leave the mind clear and the skin radiant and moisturised.
Spa Escape for Men Treatment time 55mins £74.00
Includes a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, using an ESPA blend, to ease away the tension followed by an ESPA Aromatherapy face treatment specially formulated for the male complexion to deep cleanse, hydrate and purify the face. Excellent for those with a stressful or hectic lifestyle.

Includes a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage to ease away the tension, followed by an aromatherapy facial, to deep cleanse, relax and purify the face. Acupressure massage, lymph drainage and oriental head massage finish the treatment to leave the mind clear and the skin radiant and moisturised. This is then followed by a luxury manicure or pedicure.
